• Area: 743.47 ha, broken down into 4 phases:

            -  Phase I, II: The Zone is initiated with an area of 185 ha, having synchronous infrastructure and active manufacturers.

             - Phase III: Expanded by ​​43.17 ha.

             - Phase IV: Expanded by 515.3 ha; of which (Stage 1): 87.5 ha are of infrastructure. Phase 4 (Stage 2): Expanded by 427.8 ha - no infrastructure are built. 

• Geographical location: Located about 15 km away from the center of Hue city, adjacent to Phu Bai International Airport, along the National Route 1A and the North - South railway, about 40 km away from the Chan May Seaport to the south and 20 km away from Thuan An Seaport to the North.
• Infrastructure: synchronous. A Wastewater treatment Plant is available with a capacity of 6,500 m³/day - night; and a customs clearance facility to meet demand of on-site import - export. Bonded warehouses are available.
• Orientation for investment attraction:

           - Preference should be granted for calling for the Investment projects for construction and operating of infrastructure of industrial zones       

           - For the industrial manufacture projects: Priority should be given to the projects in high technology - engineering fields, IT, clean industries, supporting industry, mechanical assembly of automobiles, motorcycles, beverage, supporting industry for the textile industry and so on.
